This 2-day course is designed to expose participants to the key components of a Mission Critical Datacenter, including its operations and maintenance. The course provides skills for improving current datacenter maintenance routines affecting datacenter performance.

Intended Audience:
Individuals with limited understanding and involvement in datacenter operations but have the need to understand key components and aspects of Mission Critical Datacenter facilities operation and maintenance at an introductory/foundational level. For example: IT Service Delivery Managers, IT Marketing and Sales Representatives, IT Department Managers.

Exam
Attendees complete a 1-hour Certified Datacenter Fundamentals exam. Attendees who pass the exam are awarded the “Certified Datacenter Professional” certificate (CDCP). The CDCP certificate is valid for 3 years, after which a 1-day refresher course and a 1-hour exam are required to maintain CDCP certification.

The Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) certificate is world-wide recognized and is accredited by the ICOR Group. ICOR is a not-for-profit education and credentialing organization that provides professional development, certification, thought-leadership, and the latest in research and industry trends in the area of organizational resilience on a world-wide basis.
